What to write to us about

• Your practice address is your home. Use the address-suppression form if you can — it gives you a reference number and goes straight into the review queue. If the form gives you trouble, email us instead and we'll handle it by hand; include the NPI and why.
• Something on a profile looks wrong. We reproduce the federal files as-is and don't edit provider records — the fix has to happen at the source, and it flows through on our next refresh. See Data sources & freshness for what we pull and how often. Tell us anyway if a page is rendering something the source file doesn't say — that's our bug, not theirs.
• Anything else — press, a broken page, a question about where a number came from.

What we can't help with

• Medical questions. This is a data directory. Talk to a licensed professional.
• Anything to do with your Medicare enrollment, claims, or an NPPES account. We are not CMS, NPPES, NUCC, or any government agency, and we can't act on your record with them. Go to the source directly.
• Removing a public record outright. NPI data is public domain. We can suppress a street address on a profile; we can't delete the underlying registry entry, and neither can anyone else on our end.
