Remove or suppress an address
All provider records here come from the public-domain NPPES registry. If your listed practice address is a private residence, you can ask us to suppress the street address on your profile. We verify each request before applying it.
What happens next
- Your request is logged and reviewed by a person — nothing is changed automatically.
- We aim to review requests within a few business days. We may email you at the address you provide if we need to confirm something.
- Suppression hides the street address, ZIP, and phone; the city and state remain, and the NPI record itself is public data we can't delete.
To correct the underlying registry data, update your record at the NPPES registry directly. We are not affiliated with CMS, NPPES, or any government agency.
